Another recent job spraying pine kitchen cupboards in Walmersley, Bury.
The new owners of this cottage wanted to keep the old kitchen units but to bring them up to date. They were happy with the layout and the cupboards and drawers were in good condition.
After seeing us on Facebook they realised that they could get the kitchen they wanted without the expense of buying new.
As well as having the cupboards sprayed they took the opportunity to go the whole hog. Both the wall and floor tiles were changed and new wooden worktops added. Slight remodelling of the units was needed at the end closest to the dining room. We suggested that all these alterations be made before we carried out our work.
They were also changing the handles which required us to fill the existing holes. This was done prior to the spraying stage.
We ran through our normal kitchen cupboard spraying procedure. This involves just one day to spray the carcass on site and the doors and drawers in our workshop. The whole process was completed in 5 days.
The customers chose a great colour from the Little Greene range called Aquamarine. We had our specialist coatings matched to this colour in a matt finish.
Spraying Pine Kitchen Cupboards In Walmersley
The customers chose new brushed copper handles which look fantastic against the Aquamarine colour. We drilled fresh holes and fitted them for a small additional cost.
The matt factory finish on the kitchen oozes quality and the customers are thrilled with the end result.
To complete the transformation we also sprayed the brown UPVC interior window frames. All the window frames inside the cottage were brown, closing the rooms in and making them dark and so we sprayed them all white.
