Why Have Your UPVC Sprayed?
Are your existing white UPVC windows and doors quite old? If so, there’s a good chance that they have yellowed and are looking dull. We can refresh them by spraying them white again.
Alternatively, you may be looking for a complete colour change. If your window frames and glass are in good condition we can spray them in your chosen colour. As a result you can save yourselves up to 70% against the cost of replacing them with new coloured window frames.
What Colours And Finishes Are Available For UPVC Spraying In Manchester?
You can choose practically any colour. There are standard colours in the RAL and British Standard charts and we can also colour match to most manufacturers. For instance, Dulux, Crown, Farrow and Ball etc.
The most common colours in 2019 are anthracite grey and black.

Are There Any Types Of UPVC That Can`t Be Sprayed?
We haven`t come across any yet. As well as UPVC we can spray composite and GRP (glass reinforced plastic) doors.
What Is The Cost Of UPVC Spraying?
We have to price each UPVC job individually. There are a number of factors that have to be considered when working out a quote for spraying UPVC. How many windows and doors are there in total? The sizes of the windows. Are there large amounts of silicone to be removed? How much cleaning is required? What is access like? Is scaffolding required?
To give you an idea of cost:
- £180.00 per window
- £250.00 per door and frame
- £280 for a single garage door
- £395 for a double garage door
- £350 for a set of patio doors and frame

Aftercare
As a customer you will obviously be concerned about the coating retaining its colour and adhesion. A lot of research and testing has gone into the paint that we use. It is tough, durable, flexible to cope with temperature variations and contains UV protection.
The most critical stage when spraying UPVC is preparation. The surfaces to be sprayed have to be spotlessly clean. Wherever possible we take out the opening windows as this allows us better access to thoroughly clean both the opening window and the frame behind it. We use a strong preparatory cleaning solvent specifically designed for cleaning old UPVC surfaces. As long as the preparation has been carried out properly there is no reason for the coating to fail.
It can be wiped and cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Like any paint it will be damaged by the use of scouring pads, chemicals and solvents etc.

There are certain instances where damage may occur but are beyond our control and scope of the guarantee. For example your window cleaner scratching a window sill with his ladder. In these instances we can come out and rectify these for a nominal charge.
